In a small group format, Tina will introduce, teach and review the exercises in a strength program that participants can then complete on their own. Each session will last 2 hours and provide education about exercise form and proper execution (with regressions and variations as needed) as well as how to self-select and progress weights. Every 2 months, Tina returns to Klimat to offer instruction of a new program based upon progressions from the last session. This type of structured training improves client results (strength, muscle mass, posture, stability) but also goes a long way to keeping clients engaged and invested in the process of training for life!
