I am passionate about working with women who are ready for more wellness - whether you are experienced or a beginner - I can help you reach your goals with education, fitness programs, and community!

I studied Medicine at the University of Toronto (2001), and completed a residency in General Internal Medicine (FRCP, 2005). I stayed home to raise my three children and in that time, suffered my own personal health setbacks that taught me what it meant to regain health from the foundation up.

I have since turned my passion for healing toward a new career path in health and wellness coaching. I am a certified personal trainer (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology), a strength & conditioning coach (Algonquin College, Polliquin Institute), and a nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition). I have multiple certifications in Kettlebells (Agatsu), Functional Movement Systems (Level 2), and Reconditioning (R1).
